New Jersey Environmental Justice Alliance

The New Jersey Environmental Justice Alliance (NJEJA) in partnership with The New School’s Tishman Environment and Design Center, the Center for the Urban Environment of the John S. Watson Institute for Urban Policy and Research at Kean University, and the Center for Earth, Energy, and Democracy, have written Environmental Justice Concerns with Carbon Capture and Hydrogen Co-Firing in the Power Sector, the report calls into question the safety, feasibility, and reliance on carbon capture and hydrogen as mechanisms to manage and mitigate climate change.
