We are pleased to announce that Alana Vega has been promoted from Program Officer to Senior Program Officer.  

This change recognizes Alana’s commitment to the values and principles of The Fund for New Jersey, as well as her growing leadership in strengthening and refining our grantmaking and long-term vision.  In her time with The Fund, Alana has consistently demonstrated thoughtful judgment, strategic insight, and a collaborative spirit that advances our mission and supports our grantees with care and rigor. 

As Senior Program Officer, Alana will continue to play a central role in shaping our grantmaking and in contributing to The Fund’s broader learning and impact. We are grateful for her dedication and proud to recognize her contributions in this way.
