Adriana Abizadeh-Barbour, M.S.

Adriana Abizadeh-Barbour, M.S., is the Executive Director of the Kensington Corridor Trust (KCT) in Philadelphia, where she leads initiatives to promote sustainable corridor development through strategic real estate acquisition, community engagement, and broad local ownership. Her work at KCT includes leading a community-controlled neighborhood trust that acquires, stewards, and governs real estate to advance collective ownership, racial and economic justice, and long-term community wealth in Kensington. 

Ms. Abizadeh-Barbour is also President of Catalyst Consulting Group, a boutique firm specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, and board governance for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. She is also a Policy Fellow at the Rutgers University Bloustein School and previously at Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs. Ms. Abizadeh-Barbour holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and an MS in Public Policy from Drexel University. She joined the Board of the Fund for New Jersey in 2025.
