Nancy DeLaura
Operations Manager
Nancy brings over a decade of experience in community-based nonprofit work. She has organized and mobilized volunteers to tackle community issues and implement effective solutions that enhance local well-being and engagement. Previously, Nancy served as Executive Director of Interfaith Caregivers, Manager of Volunteer Programs at Episcopal Community Services in Philadelphia, and a Coordinator for Community Outreach Programs in Philadelphia. She has a B.A. from Villanova University, earned a Master of Science in Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania with an emphasis on inclusion and belonging, and completed the ascending leadership program from the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research of Bryn Mawr College.
